Annual Fee: $10,000
i. Each Member will receive all new and electronically archived CENTIENTS technical reports, including theses and papers appearing in peer reviewed literature, as permitted, either by electronic means, or upon request, via hardcopy or physical electronic storage media.
ii. Invitation to attend annual CENTIENTS event to review, assess, critique, and advise on recent, not yet published, or publishable, research results.
iii. The right to use and disclose, subject to University’s valid copyright and patent rights, all reports, data, and information made available by CENTIENTS, as long as CENTIENTS is acknowledged as the source of this information, and confidential information is protected.
iv. Facilitated recruiting of students and access to student-affiliate learning experiences

Associate
Annual Fee: $50,000
i. Each Associate will receive all new and electronically archived CENTIENTS technical reports, including theses and papers appearing in peer reviewed literature, as permitted, either by electronic means, or upon request, via hardcopy or physical electronic storage media.
ii. Invitation to attend annual CENTIENTS event to review, assess, critique, and advise on recent, not yet published, or publishable, research results.
iii. The right to use and disclose, subject to University’s valid copyright and patent rights, all reports, data, and information made available by CENTIENTS, as long as CENTIENTS is acknowledged as the source of this information, and confidential information is protected.
iv. Facilitated recruiting of students and access to student- affiliate learning experiences
v. The opportunity to sponsor and fund research projects with CENTIENTS researchers after mutual agreement. Any joint or collaborative research conducted between the parties shall be defined and governed by such separate Sponsored Research Agreements. Intellectual property rights to inventions arising under such sponsorship will be defined by such separate agreement.

Contributor
Annual Fee: $100,000
i. All of the above rights for Associate.
ii. Opportunity to influence the activities of CENTIENTS through representation on the Industry Advisory Board (IAB)
iii. The opportunity to send a Visiting Scholar to CENTIENTS for in-residence research, sponsored and advised by a specific CENTIENTS researcher at University, with a separate agreement and fees to be negotiated by the site. A Visiting Scholar is a full-time employee of the affiliate, paid by the affiliate, with health insurance and other benefits provided by the affiliate, who participates in research projects under the direction of a CENTIENTS principal investigator from University.

Collaborator
Annual Fee: $150,000
i. All of the above rights for all Contributor.
ii. The opportunity to influence the activities of CENTIENTS through representation on the Executive Committee of the Center. For instance, research directions shall be jointly discussed and determined annually by the affiliate and CENTIENTS before each yearly affiliate fee payment.
iii. The opportunity to serve as co-primary investigator on a jointly agreed upon research project.
iv. The opportunity name a qualified CENTIENTS Student Scholar contributing to research relevant to affiliate’s work.
v. The opportunity to send 2 additional Visiting Scholars, for a total of 3, to CENTIENTS for in-residence research sponsored and advised by a specific CENTIENTS researcher at university, with a separate agreement and fees to be negotiated by the site. A Visitor is a full-time employee of the affiliate, paid by the affiliate, with health insurance and other benefits provided by the affiliate, who participates in research projects under the direction of a CENTIENTS principal investigator from University.
